STEP BY STEP GUIDE

If you want to install a keylogger on a remote computer to report to you what's been going on then this guide is for you. Bare in mind that keylogging a machine is only legal if you own that computer. Please be aware of your local laws before starting.

Step 1

Get Win-Spy! Win-Spy is one of the best keyloggers on the market and has a great remote install feature that a lot of keyloggers miss out. Get Win-Spy at http://www.win-spy.com/

Step 2

Once you have downloaded the software you can register and get your user ID and password to access the console. Win-Spy requires you to press Control+Shift+F12 to open the software.

Step 3

Get familiar with the software then click on the remote install option at the top of the window. You can bind the keylogger with a photo that will make the keylogger look like its JUST a photo. When the user views the photo the keylogger will be silently installed. This will bring up a screen that requires you to fill in some details:

User: Enter the name of the person you are logging

File Name: Name of the file you want the keylogger to appear to be. Eg the name of a photo

File Icon: If using a photo keep as JPG

Picture: Select the photo you wish the keylogger to appear as.

Email Keylog To: Your email address

Step 4

Once you've done the above click 'create remote file'. This will complete the binding of the keylogger and the photo. You now need to compress the photo using something like WinRAR. If you don't have WinRAR you can download it for free here: http://www.rarlab.com. Once you've installed WinRAR just right click on your photo and click 'add to archive'

Step 5

Your done! Now just email your victim telling them you have a photo to show them (remember to attach the photo in your email). Once they open the photo everything they do on their computer will be sent in a report to your email address! This is how you install a keylogger on a computer
