Keylogger Pro is the simple keylogging software from the 'Explore Anywhere' company. This keylogger is very basic and is meant for customizable keylogging. We'll start off at the webiste, which is simple and easy to understand. There is no free trial of the software but purchasing and downloading is easy.
Once installed you can open up the Keylogger Pro user console. The console is reasonably easy to understand but there are a lot of options for such a basic keylogger. You can set up functions such as remote email reporting, log filtering, inactivity time out, automatic log clearing and scheduling.
As mentioned before, there are no flashy features in Keylogger Pro – no screenshot capture, file monitoring, printer monitoring etc. This is just a simple keylogger, but its made like this on purpose. The stealth mode works pretty well although we did find the program with a bit of work. For keystroke logging, Keylogger Pro works very well. Nothing is missed out and extra filters can come in handy. On the other side of things, the email reporting has a few problems that stop it working from time to time and working out the user interface can be laborious.
Unfortunately for Keylogger Pro, just having Keystroke logging doesn’t cut it any more. There are keylogger programs that have just as proficient keystroke logging and have all the other features. Because of this Keylogger Pro has to be given a low rating. Even if you just want software to monitor keystrokes there are better options at a better price.
